How you’ll make an impact:
• This role will be providing an executive administrative services to the multiple leaders in Public Affairs, Medical Affairs and Regulatory & Clinical Affairs who are based in Singapore & Irvine (USA).
• Use all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level management.
• Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail, including keeping Executive informed of calendar changes and change requests.
• Ensure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level management.
• Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, to optimize use of Executive's time and schedule.
• Plan and execute meetings and events with some supervision.
• Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited direction.
• Other incidental duties: Assist in semi-routine and non-routine administrative projects/tasks.
What you'll need (Required):
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 6 years directly related experience including executive administrative support Required.
• Bachelor Degree in related fields with minimum of 3 years of related experience Required.

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
