Position Description:
We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to support our CEO and other C level executives in a timely and professional manner. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to these top-level executives.  The Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, organizing daily calendars, flagging emails, submitting expense reports etc. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.  Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of C-level executives and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly and doing so with professional confidentiality.  In many ways, you would be the first point of interaction for our customers, partners, and other constituents. 
 
Qualifications & Performance Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
          2+years proven work experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
          Prior experience in a start up environment is required, technology startup preferred
          Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
          Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
          Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
          Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
          Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
          High intellect and the capacity to multitask
          Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
          This is an onsite position at our Redwood City, CA office, with a hybrid work. Currently, M/T/W are onsite and Th/F are remote.
          This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship to work in the US.

Compensation Transparency
$100,000 - $140,000 USD
Please note that the annual base salary range is a guideline and, for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as, knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for benefits, and may be eligible for a bonus and/or equity.
