Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
Based out of the Arc’teryx office within North Vancouver, you’ll be supporting within the office of the CEO and reporting directly to our Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. You’re a master in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling and travel management. The Senior EA you support is set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution-based approach. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities.

Meet Your Future Team:
You will be working directly with the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and CEO and collaborating with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in providing exceptional support to our executive team across the business.

If you were the Executive Assistant now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support with scheduling and calendar management
  • Supporting with meeting and special event logistics (e.g., meeting space booking, ordering catering, transportation arrangements, and document preparation)
  • Organizing international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Organizing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
  • Performing tasks such as running errands and picking up/delivering items
  • Ensuring clear communication and alignment across multiple departments
  • Maintaining an organized office of the CEO (e.g., ordering stationery and supplies
  • Supporting general administration for the Senior EA as required

  • Collaborating with other EAs to strengthen support across the organization

Are you our next Executive Assistant?

  • You have 5-7 years of executive assistant experience, and you are looking to grow your career as an EA
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • You are comfortable in a high growth, fast paced environment
  • You’re a whiz with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent business acumen
  • You have great time management skills, and naturally utilize sound judgement and prioritization when multi-tasking and juggling competing priorities
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • You’re not afraid of meeting new people, building relationships and creating partnerships across the organization.
  • You have a not-so-secret skill as a travel agent and are able to manage complex international multi-leg travel, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling
  • You are able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays occasionally as needed to support our global business
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
