Prominence Advisors is actively seeking a 100% remote Full-Time Executive Administrative Assistant. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Administrative Assistant provides support for the Executive Staff.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, the Executive Team, and the Sales Team, including calendar management and coordination.
- Make travel arrangements as needed for the CEO, Executive Team and Sales Team, keeping expense reduction in mind.
- Provide event coordination and logistics support for special events (i.e. Sales retreats, Customer meetings, conferences, board meetings, etc.).
- Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Recommend changes in office practices or procedures as needed.
- Utilize excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, planning, technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure effective communication is maintained on a professional level with Executive Staff, Customer, and Team Members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO and/or the Executive Team.

Essential Education & Experience
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Associated Degree or relevant experience (BS preferred)
- Proven technical skills, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Physical and Medical Standards
- Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently.
Working Conditions and Environment
- Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work remotely and independently from personal home office
