This is a hands-on, in-person position — no phone calls, no cubicles, no scripts. You’ll represent respected nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community programs, helping to raise awareness and inspire action.

About the Role

As an Event Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face that connects the public with causes that make a real difference. You’ll assist with event setup, public engagement, and nonprofit outreach, gaining valuable experience in customer service, communications, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage event attendees in friendly, professional conversations

  • Share nonprofit missions and fundraising goals with enthusiasm and accuracy

  • Support event setup, logistics, and on-site operations
