EUC & BACKEND SUPPORT

JOB DESCRIPTION
End User Computing (EUC) Support – 60%
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices,
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and software for PC
- Provide support for users and various clients
- Diagnose and Resolve Hardware and Software issues
- Assist users on operating system, email and software related issues
- Install and support network and printers
- Install and support Antivirus
- Coordinate with equipment and 3rd party vendors to resolve problems requests
- Ensure cases and service requests are resolved within SLA
- Constant improvement on current practices to streamline processes requirement
- Strong hardware and software knowledge
Backend System Support – 40%
- Provide backend system support such as backup, firewall, network, enterprise antivirus, email, AD, etc.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to resolve problems requests
