About the Role:

The Corporate Strategy - Hyperscalers is seeking a UX Designer to create seamless and intuitive experiences for our Salesforce-based commercial systems. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to design tools that drive adoption, enable accurate estimation, and deliver a consistent, connected experience for internal teams and external customers.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define UX strategy and design solutions.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design ideas effectively.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate designs.

  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

  • Maintain design consistency and best practices across multiple tools and platforms.

  • Advocate for users in all aspects of product design, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
     

What You’ll Achieve
  • Consistent Connected Experience: Ensure cohesive and user-friendly experiences across internal and external touchpoints.

  • Customer Trust & Accuracy: Design interfaces that make estimation and commercial tools transparent, reliable, and easy to use.

  • Customer Adoption: Improve usability and accessibility to encourage adoption and engagement across Sales-led, Customer-led, Product-led, and Partner-led initiatives.

Desired Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or enterprise systems.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design.

  • Experience designing for Salesforce or complex commercial/enterprise platforms is a plus.

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
