The Core Responsibilities!
- Provide support to Sr. Trust Advisors with tasks they request to be completed
- Accurate keying of information and transactions to the platforms, including receipt of funds, and payments from client accounts
- Review new Wills and Power of Attorney and accurately update file information into the system of record
- Prepare renunciation documentation for approval
- Prepare letters or emails to accompany cheque for mailing, or notify client of EFT payments
- Check obituary notices and compare to trust system for current client matches
- Maintain filing standard and record/transfer files to offsite storage provider
- Review and submit the daily cheque deposit summary for the department
- Ensuring vendor invoices are paid and record invoices in organized manner for tracking
- Tracking and ordering supplies for the department
- Calling for necessary repairs on office equipment
Let's Talk About You!
- Education:
- Minimum Two (2) years experience in an administrative or support role
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working knowledge of estates, wills and trusts or working toward gaining an understanding and knowledge of these products
- Innovest system knowledge
- Microsoft office skills, including Excel and Outlook
- Adobe office knowledge
- Attention to detail
