Job DescriptionAn EPM drives and tracks the application projects and lE teams in the Industrial Engineering departments and ensures the integration of the strategic action fields. EPM is the direct interface between IE and other functions in project (NPL, SCM, PUR, SQM, Prod, Q, R&D).
- Planning and development of Equipment/Line according requirements of quality, costs, timing, and local benefits
- Tracking & escalation of new equipment projects in Region
- Driving application of existing standards for application projects in his/ her project

- Knows existing processes and rules and internal escalation and decision-making structures
- Knows the methods, tools and contact persons for managing the project in operations
- Knows existing processes and requirements from the customer

Change Management and Problem Resolution Management
- Estimate the impact of changes in requirements in time, cost and technical functions within operations.
