We're on the lookout for Sales Representatives to represent our esteemed client, TELUS Communications, in various Direct Marketing and Residential Campaigns.

Compensation : Commission based compensation dependent on commission rates associated to a successfully sold product

Job Description:

✓ Create impactful customer interactions.

✓ Demonstrate outstanding sales techniques through direct engagement, providing product expertise via door-to-door canvassing and specialty events.

✓ Promptly address customer inquiries, meticulously researching, resolving, and following up on all issues.

✓ Evaluate customer requirements and offer tailored recommendations and solutions.

✓ Maintain and regularly update the customer service database, documenting all interactions.

✓ Assist customers in placing orders, with dedicated follow-up on existing and previous orders.

✓ Collaborate with customers professionally, providing answers and skillfully de-escalating issues.
