Job Description

You'll work on critical systems that handle logistics, billing, and product catalog management, with the opportunity to implement impactful changes. Collaborate with top developers, tackle complex challenges, and drive the future of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 software engineers, with plans to expand the team to 7-8 members within the coming year.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Drive the development and implementation of best practices for application development, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• The challenge of maintaining, building and developing the key parts of the system important for maintaining market leadership.

Current Tech Stack:

• C#
• .NET Framework 4.x, .NET 5
• Postgres
• Apache Kafka

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Previous experience in .Net and Postgres Database.
• Experience with Monolithic and Microservices architecture
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
