- Work in the Client Technology tribe that aims to simplify complexity for our clients and continuously improve their experience in any interaction with us. Build features that help our clients in their life journey with Scalable as well as building and improving our client mailbox platform

- A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences, ...) or a comparable qualification
- Passion for other people’s development, profound experience as an Engineering Manager is a must
- Profound experience as a developer (Java, Kotlin, Typescript) working in the cloud (preferably AWS)
- Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain
- Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership building Microservices
- Profound understanding of RESTful API Design
- Passion for well architected, testable and documented code and an agile mindset
- Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - engineering, product, marketing or other stakeholders
- Background in financial services is a strong plus
