Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to quickly comprehend critical business requirements and their technical implications on IT Systems and interfaces.
- Conversion of Business area inputs into IT and Vehicle systems technical requirements
- Manage, prepare, and coordinate appropriate business/technical meetings and workshops.
- Interaction with 3rd party resources as required to support and ensure organizational capability development.
- Track schedule and project deliverables with all stakeholders (GM internal & Third party).
- Leadership communication and status report on project and/or Project Dashboard
- Rigorous adherence and follow-up of product Change Management process methodology
Additional Description
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic, Software or Mechatronic Engineering (CREA required).
- Experience in electrical or electronic or software or mechatronics automotive product engineering.
- Knowledge on Scaled Agile product delivery team, comprised of cross-functional company peers and component supplier engineers to continuously prioritize, refine, and deploy component and system features.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability in relevant Engineering disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with DFMEAs, and other analysis tools and techniques
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
- Strong product execution/project management skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and good sense of urgency.
- Prioritization and negotiation skills.
- Systemic view of end-to-end solutions.
- Fluent English
Desired Qualification's:
Master's degree in engineering field.
DFSS Green or Black Belt certification.
Spanish Fluent.
Mid-level Network/Telecom knowledge, Experience with Software and App Development Life Cycle methodologies and concepts.
