Worldwide SFDC Advanced Administrator and Developer

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Job Description:

  • Solutioning and configuring Salesforce - Alignment with Capability Leads and Business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide assessment and recommend a solution design to be delivered using native SFDC functionality and governed through Change Requests implementation and approved projects. Topic areas can include:
    • Creating or modifying Workflow Rules, Validation Rules and Process Builder's Processes
    • User Access Management, Persona and Role set up
    • Adding or modifying picklist values
    • Updating profiles and permission sets
    • Updating or creating new page layouts
    • Adding new fields and managing Field-Level Security
    • Creating new custom buttons, quick or object specific actions
    • Creating or modifying Entitlements/Entitlement Processes
    • Creating or modifying new record types
    • Creating or modifying email templates
    • Creating new objects and managing access to them
    • Creating new Reports and Dashboards
    • Development of support and maintenance readiness documentation
    • Escalated case management (monitors, troubleshoots, resolves cases. Assesses complex issues, resolves or escalates to IT if required
    • Supports MCS (Mission Critical Support Cases with the Salesforce Vendor Support Team(s)
    • Actively Support Technical Debt reduction and code quality programs, identify areas of process and performance inefficiencies, and propose standard, scalable SFDC solutions to resolve.
    • Perform system audit and compliance checks related to user access or system data
    • Support Testing, validation and move to production activities.
