What You'll Do:
The Web Developer is part of the Brand + Comms team and partners with Marketing, Product and Design teams to develop a new, personalized customer experience across our website, landing pages, and marketing emails. This position requires strong familiarity with the latest web standards, trends and excellent understanding of full stack coding frameworks and web industry best practices. This position provides technical advice and weighs in on technical decisions that impact LM's online presence and other teams that utilize the websites for prospective customer engagement.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Develop, maintain, and expand our website’s digital experiences
- Create new user-facing features and promote seamless connections of customized and relevant information (e.g. Zendesk, Zapier etc.)
- Create and document custom modular templates for web pages within our CMS (WordPress)
- Collaborate with designers to develop and maintain pixel perfect execution and style guide updates for website and other online presences
- Collaborate with cross functional departments regarding integrations from various back-end services and databases (SalesForce, Marketo, Optimizely, Google Analytics, etc.) including ensuring that tracking codes are setup and maintained for full website usage analysis
- Experimenting, implementation and reporting of analytics, A/B testing and suggesting frontend and backend improvements
- Oversite on caching and maximizing site performance as well as website optimization for Google PSI
- Perform WP-Engine portal backup/restore functions as well as Global Edge Security (GES) and domain name resolutions
- Development and maintenance of security and data protection web protocols and documentation
- At least 2-5 years of experience with website development for a SaaS product
- BA or certification in a related technology field
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, SaSS, React.js framework
- Expertise in WordPress , any server-side scripting language, Theming and Module website architecture. Hooks, filters, custom post types, and taxonomies
- Solid understanding with JavaScript (vanilla and jQuery), CSS, browser compatibility, and responsive and adaptive design
- Experience with Marketo, Hubspot Demand Gen and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of SQL language and creating complex database schemas using relational tables and executing DML & DDL queries
