Automate everything-server updates, server provisioning, deployments, updates, security patches-seriously, everything.

Build a strong infrastructure and a solid career.

The best infrastructure isn't built in a day or even a year and it's certainly not built without a team. Here's just some of what you'll do:
  • Maintain and improve build controller and release management process.
  • Automate the provisioning of our servers and environments.
  • Maintain and improve system monitoring.
  • Look for ways to improve existing processes by way of automation.
  • Work closely with engineering and security teams.

We're looking for engineers with experience in the following:
  • Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Continuous integration and continuous deployment, adopting the modern practices of IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Build automation tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, CruiseControl, GoCD, Travis CI, CircleCI, or Octopus.
  • Configuration automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
  • Writing scripts to automate deployments and server provisioning (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Containers using Docker and other tools such as Amazon Container Services, Swarm, Gradle, Kubernetes, or Mesos
  • Managing Linux and Windows hosts including a general knowledge of IIS, Apache, Nginx, and AD.
  • Production analytics and monitoring.
  • Identifying improvements in systems management in the development process.
  • Implementing system management strategies optimized for rapid feedback and high availability.

Bonus points:
  • Development experience with C#, Javascript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience using build management tools such as MSBuild, gulp, Maven, make, Ant.
  • Understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS and OSI model.
  • Experience using/maintaining Rancher, terraform, cloudformation or other system configuration tools.
