D esign, develop, and renovate our Telehealth platform web applications. You will work on web and mobile applications to improve our customers' experience.
About the team:
Walmart Health (WMH) is on a mission to make Healthcare Affordable, Convenient and Accessible. We are the technology arm of WMH focused on building solutions that will enable value-based care and deliver better outcomes at lower cost to our customers.
As a part of the Walmart Health organization, you will be working with emerging technologies to build the platform that democratizes healthcare on the backbone of digital and cloud. What you'll bring

  • A passion for developing new user-facing features
  • Experience upgrading existing web applications to current version of Angular
  • An understanding of how to build reusable code and libraries
  • An ability to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • A desire to collaborate effectively with other team members and business stakeholders
  • Your willingness to bring your past experience to help play a critical role in developing our standards
  • Experience building design prototypes


Qualifications

  • Required technical skills: javaScript, strong knowledge of Web Application frameworks (i.e. Angular 2+, React), HTML5, CSS3
  • Solid understanding of Angular material
  • Experience with Architecting Front End Solutions
  • An understanding of Fluid/Responsive design
  • Self-starter willing to proactively dive in and get their hands dirty to solve problems
  • Diligence around code, repository, and documentation
  • Grounding in object-oriented programming
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
