What you'll do...
Leads and directs in large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions. Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues by reviewing and analyzing information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); directing actions as designated in the plan. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy
About the team:
The Technical Solution Leads (TSLs) are responsible for the end-to-end technical solutions delivered by the NexTech Team. TSLs must collaborate with Domain Leads, Business Solution Leads, Project Managers, and our business partners, to adequately understand all requirements and architect the appropriate bodies of work to meet and exceed expectations by leveraging traditional as well as new and complex capabilities (e.g. Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, NLP/NLU, Data Visualization).
Additionally, TSLs are responsible for working within the team to both define and promote the adoption of the overall technical direction for the Nex Tech organization. Areas of emphasis include devising best practices and procedures for development and deployment as well as the definition of bodies of work and long-term roadmaps for components which should be leveraged across solutions.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...

• You have a full-stack software engineering background with hands-on experience in multiple technologies and languages (e.g. docker, k8s, nodejs, typescript/javascript, python, rdbms, nosql)
• You have a passion for technology and the demonstrated ability to identify and quickly ramp-up on new technical capabilities
• You have the ability to engage and effectively interact with non-technical partners to gain an understanding of business problems and identify potential, technical solutions (broad) and then translate those solutions into explicit acceptance criteria for individual agile engineering teams, providing the necessary context and technical direction, as needed (deep)
• You are comfortable working through ambiguity to eventually de/refine requirements and then devise and implement a plan to deliver technical solutions which delight our partners.

• Guide non-technical partners through a journey which includes very technical concepts
• Collaborate with their peers to help device larger technical strategy and provide recommendations and feedback to ensure high-quality solutions across the board
• Act as a leader and mentor to other technologists to ensure solutions remain true-to-vision and promote individual growth
