Product QE Manager

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in testing Products? A system's professional who wants to work in a collaborative environment. As an experienced QE Manager, you will have the ability to develop and manage a suite of Quality Engineering testing assets. We are looking for a Product Testing professional to drive the Quality Engineering assets and work closely with the market offering stakeholders to understand the market and client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Quality Engineering or Product Engineering team.
• Developing QA solutions using Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning.
• Engage with the key Quality Engineering market offering stakeholders to understand the market trends, client needs, and challenges.
• Drive testing and maintain the product roadmap, incorporating input from key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Product Engineering leads to identify opportunities for alignment and integration.
• Apply a forward-looking, product mindset to asset development and infuse product best practices to drive the productization and monetization of assets.
• Develop quality standards for the products and oversee the development and execution of software test plans and analysis of test results.
• Exhibit a strong "quality first" mentality and ensure that product and process quality are held to the highest standard.
• Lead and provide oversight to multiple product development projects throughout the organization, including involvement from multiple teams.

The Team

The US Application Modernization and Innovation Offering delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems and assists clients with architecture design, assessment optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ QA engineer hands-on experience
• Demonstrated experience with QA commercial/open-source tools like ALM, Selenium, Cucumber / BDD, Cypress, etc.
• 1+ yrs. experience in project management skills - must be able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
• 2+ yrs. experience with early-stage products and new product development from ideation through market launch and revenue generation
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on testing.

Preferred:

• Proven record of accomplishment of launching successful new products and enhancing and scaling them through product releases.
• Experience working closely with Engineers to manage products through the entire product lifecycle.
• Extensive experience in building product roadmaps, developing product business cases and engaging with key stakeholders for input and buy-in.
• Leading release planning efforts, including release schedules, grooming, cutover/deployment readiness, retrospectives, and document reviews.
• Strong experience in integrated, end to end systems and testing methodologies
• Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies; Familiarity with JIRA for managing user stories and Agile release cycles. Work with business stakeholders and UI/UX designers to clarify requirements and create a release plan.
• Participating in sprint planning and execution / implementation, including daily standups, weekly business reviews, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to lead test activities across all the different phases of testing from test planning to test execution to test reporting.
• Must possess excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced company with increasing needs
• Strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth
