THE OPPORTUNITY
As a UI Engineer at Xactly, you'll be an essential member of a fast moving agile development team building the latest Xactly products. You will contribute to all aspects from design and development to deployment and support working alongside product management, customer support and be an integral part of Xactly's Design System team. You'll be responsible for taking personal ownership in both your code and others, this includes ensuring proper tests, documentation and communication around development. THE SKILL SET
Required
Experience in web application development with 2-3 years of experience with ReactJS, Javascript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3 and knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries
Eager, not only developing, but also testing your own and others work
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
Nice To Have
Strong experience in at least one MVC architecture or application of the pattern
Exposure to and desire to learn C# and SQL
Hands on experience with any public cloud such as AWS, OCI, GCP and Azure
Experience in an Agile (Scrum) development process
Familiarity using open source software libraries

Product mastery will allow you to rebuild the whole UI on a different framework, if required
