Your Role and Responsibilities
You will assist the team in guiding customers through user-centered design/Design Thinking activities, and create experience design artifacts: models, storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, and other design artifacts and prototypes.

  • Work with the extended team throughout the UX design process
  • Create specific UX deliverables, such as wireframes and prototypes to inform the design and development process
  • Conduct and analyze user and design research to identify UX issues and refine processes
  • Co-facilitate user experience design workshop sessions and illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Remain current on emerging design trends


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of end-to-end UX design process
  • Knowledge of how to review existing digital products and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
  • Ability to think innovatively and develop new design solutions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and plan individual workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of UX artifacts (e.g., personas, wireframes, journeys, prototypes)


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of user and stakeholder research and methods
  • Experience in UX design and prototyping tools (i.e., Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices
  • Interest in wider UX industry communities and events
  • Ability to create graphics with industry-standard graphics tools such as Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS technologies, including knowledge of and experience with responsive web design
