Position Description

We are looking for a highly qualified IBM TRIRIGA expert to join our Workplace and Facilities Management (WFM) Solutions Practice. Our WFM Team is a global leader providing FM application selection, implementation, and training to support a host of global clients. We are growing and need bright, energetic, and engaged members for this exciting Team.

The successful applicant must be flexible, self-motivated, well-organized, detail oriented, and have experience in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple levels of the organization. Excellent customer service, communication and analysis skills are required. You must possess a strong desire to learn and grow.

The successful applicant will be an IBM TRIRIGA Application Developer that has the ability to:

  • Provide customer support and assist with troubleshooting of deployed functionality
  • Assist with project related documentation including, design documents and training guides
  • Assist in identifying integration approaches and methodologies to keep data sources and deployed application current
  • Test and maintain migration and integration scripts between legacy system(s) and deployed functionality.
  • Assist with the configuration and customization of TRIRIGA
  • Understand and perform system migration and data movement using data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) concepts
  • Problem solver - be skilled in analysis and issue resolution

Qualifications

To be successful in this roll, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the technology services field.
  • US Citizen - ability to apply for and receive a clearance
  • Deep familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and Team members.
  • A wide degree of creativity
  • Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goal.
  • Good communications skills - Must communicate effectively in writing and orally with all levels of technical, operational and management personnel.
  • Strong customer skills - Must be able to work with all skill and interest levels in resolving user concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Specifically with respect to team communication.
