About the Role:

Wing is seeking a Training Developer to help in the completion and development of Wing’s eLearning environment. The eLearning specialist will work within the Wing Flight Operations – Flight Standards and Training team to maintain Wings eLearning training products.  The eLearning specialist will assist in creating  distributed on-line training for both flight and ground operations that is scalable, flexible and current to the ever changing regulatory environment, system, and procedural updates. 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop interactive training solutions for Wing and partners
• Design and implement creative learning tools beyond traditional elearning modules 
• Lead and coordinate learning efforts for global operations 
• Create and update training content
• Production of video and audio content for lessons
• Create training reports and manage training and certification data for decision makers
• Manage LMS environment

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in eLearning Tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Adobe Prime)
• Excellent written and oral communications in English
• Experience in developing training content and capturing essential report data (SCORM) compliant at a minimum
• Ability to analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Experience developing courses using established instructional design methodologies
• Ability to build interactive, compelling courses using Articulate/RISE and Adobe Captivate
• Ability to create exercises, activities, and work aids that support and enhance the learning process
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic audio and video editing skills
• Experience with Adobe Captivate Prime LMS a plus
• Experience developing training for highly-technical subject areas
