Implements short-term strategies to maximize IT infrastructure quality and efficiency and provides input into long-term strategies based on IT strategic vision.Responsibilities

• Directly lead Global IT first-line leadership.
• Lead sub-teams and projects in Regions, in cooperation with Regional IT leadership.
• Manage senior-level business partner expectations regarding the network infrastructure plans which includes planning, design, installation, and implementation.
• Consult with regions and Global on project scope, budget, team member skill requirements and schedules.
• Review sequential priority lists and ensure all activities are within annual budget plans.
• Ensure regional and global sequential plans are integrated and in full synchronization regarding implementation dates.
• Develop and present IT plans and proposals to executive leadership.
• Implement short-term strategies to maximize IT network quality and efficiency.

• Strong understanding of business objectives and exceptional industry insight
• Use excellent negotiation skills to ensure optimal use of IT budget
• Advanced experience supporting end users and troubleshooting problems in a production environment
• Experience working with both client and server backup systems
• Exemplary problem-solving, analytical and organization skills with ability to adhere to deadlines
• Proven documentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work through stressful situations
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
