Here's the Gist:

You will work to support the Burnin portion of the Test Dice and Inspect module of the process that has a footprint both domestic and international at several sites. The Test Platform Manager will be part of a team responsible for all aspects of Wolfspeed's Power wafer level and die level test. This person will work closely with other test organizations in Wolfspeed as well as with equipment suppliers in roadmapping and developing scalable test solutions in support of Wolfspeed's many product lines. This role is based on a hybrid schedule in Durham, North Carolina with the potential for full-time remote.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Drive discussions with equipment suppliers to align to Wolfspeed's product test requirements
  • Participate in strategic planning including test tool selection and test development
  • Develop process for qualifying and deploying new capability to our factories
  • Interface with equipment engineering, management, and manufacturing to improve cycle time, tool availability, and drive cost reductions
  • Analyze data to drive solutions to technical challenges
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical engineering
  • 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience
  • Thorough understanding of semiconductor device technology back-end, specifically in Burnin
  • Experience working with suppliers and driving product roadmaps
  • Proven Project Management and project tracking skills
  • Strong verbal, written & presentation communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally as necessary
  • Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives
  • Capable of working with remote guidance in a globally oriented role
  • Experience with Automotive targeted/qualified products is a plus
  • Experience supporting off-shore assembly and test sites is a plus
