Responsibilities:• Own and lead the delivery of Testing as a Service (TaaS) engagement for the clients• Consult with Client with QA Staffing requirements and efforts estimation for testing• Review and drive capacity management, onboarding / offboarding needs based on the demand for testing services• Oversee and ensure Offshore team training and project readiness as per client SLAs• Participate in weekly meetings with project stakeholders and TCOE for Project/Resource requirements and risks discussions and mitigation plans, as needed• Partner with TCOE team for developing Test Strategy for delivery organizations and providing innovative inputs for process improvements and smooth QA Delivery• Establish and ensure adherence to standards for Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution, User Acceptance Testing and Defects Management processes for Onshore and Offshore teams• Collaborate with Client for staffing new automation development requirements and mitigating any automation risks• Lead daily sync ups with Onshore / Offshore team members for any project / process / people issues and resolve impediments on time• Review and submit client timesheets for Onshore and Offshore Team on a weekly basis without delays• Provide Revenue Forecasting and setup action plans for consistently meeting or beating the profit margin• Follow up and submit monthly Invoices to client for approvals• Send weekly projects status to relevant client and leadership stakeholders, highlight risks/mitigations• Schedule and lead Monthly Service Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews for the project with client stakeholders and management team• Single point of contact for any client escalations or project management issues to be taken back to leadership team• Be the POC for demonstrating trust, company values and building excellent customer relationships for future business growth and referrals

Skills - Requirements:• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline• 15+ years' experience in Software Testing / Quality Leadership roles leading global teams on Testing as a Service, TCOE models and strong people-management skills• 10+ years' of hands-on experience in Software Testing Lifecycle and be able to relate to risks/pain points and provide mitigation/process improvements• Experience in building a QA organization for large clients, capacity management, resource management, project management, forecasting and revenue management for large-scale dynamic projects• Understanding of latest software testing process, trends, automation tools in the market and vision for building a software testing or automation framework that can support the needs of the client in the best manner• Preferably certified in PMP, SAFE or similar certifications for Project Management and Software Testing• Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation Skills for Leadership-level presentations and discussions• Self-driven, great sense of ownership, and customer-focus• Quick learner, ability to grasp customer needs and join the dots
