Building and being responsible for the unit's strategy and roadmap to achieve interpersonal business, operational and delivery goals as well as end-to-end management of the testing engagements, including professional, financial and HR aspects.
Support multiple customers during project lifecycle by ongoing matrix and complicated team/task management
What will your job look like?
• Ongoing troubleshooting Cloud environment operability problems and services in critical and non-critical paths by using internal and external knowledge bases to ensure maximum environment availability• You will Independently perform and lead complex Infra team/tasks in matrix environment with diverse variety of tasks/challenges• You will be analyzing and monitoring results, control troubleshooting processes on a technical level• You will be providing infra support to internal and external customers through high-standard deliverables, following company methodology (in some cases defining the methodology and guidelines).• You will be leading quality assurance of team's deliverables: Reviewing Infra code/scripts to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA (Service Level Agreement), and initiating LL (Lessons Learned)/RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) and sharing results• You will Independently perform and lead complex Infra team/tasks in matrix environment with diverse variety of tasks/challenges• You will be planning, designing, programming, and implementing Infra utilities/activities in account or cross-account support (automated or manual)• Plan and execute the DR process for the mission critical application• Design and execute the Active/Active for all components in Production environment• Plan and maintain the Resiliency and High Availability for the Production
All you need is...
• Understanding of the different stages of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle• 5-6 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of Azure/AWS Cloud, Jenkins, Bitbucket• Working knowledge and exposure of Kubernetes• Understanding of CI/CD processes• Proficiency in Shell Scripting (Shell, Perl), programming language like Python, Ansible• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux Server platform• Hands on experience of the Middleware, NGINX, Kafka messaging and DB technologies like Couchbase, Cassandra and PostgreSQL• Knowledge of Telecom Domain - advantage• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline• Azure Administrator/Architect/Security certifications required
