Infosys Limited, Technology Lead(s) (Infrastructure Management) - US (full time; multiple positions available)
Technology Lead(s) (Infrastructure Management) - US needed in Richardson, Texas, and various and unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to design, develop and deploy IT solutions for infrastructure environments, including evaluation of OS, DB, storage, network enterprise applications and middleware. Participate in design support, training and change management. Prepare system appreciation documents; conduct impact analysis, prioritize and address production issues; perform root cause analysis and identify solutions. Support presale, knowledge management, and transition activities. Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Applications, Business (Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Management), Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, plus two (2) years of IT experience as a Technology Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, Module Lead, or a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with any one of the following: Datacenter Technologies (Database Administration, Microsoft Technologies, Mainframe Technologies, Unix or Storage); or Networking Technologies (Protocols or Enterprise Network Infrastructure Devices); or Application Management Technologies (Administration of Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence Systems, Portal & Content Technologies, Middleware Technologies, Application Data Management, Enterprise Apps Administration, Application Build and Packaging (MSI, app-V), BuildForge, Maven, Hudson, InstallShield, WISE, Perl, or ANT scripting). Employer will accept 3 years of post-secondary study in any field and one year of IT experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. as the position may involve relocation to various and unanticipated client site locations. Any relocation to be paid by employer pursuant to internal policy. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
