What You'll Do
You are a technical leader. You will own the transition to new software defined infrastructures. You'll lead other engineers to deliver expert consulting, designs and support to customers for sales opportunities. You will advocate for the field and customer needs, and work closely with Development to convert external customer requirements into recommendations for new product and solution features. You'll also steer customer expectations according to product and solution capabilities.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
An opportunity exists within the America's Architectures Mass Scale Infrastructure Group as a Sr. Technical Solution Architect (TSA) to offer a highly motivated individual an opportunity to provide thought leadership for switching, routing, Optical, SDN and automation.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess strong technical expertise to design complex solutions to stay ahead of the competition and champion change by challenging the status quo in support of new ideas. The role will require leading virtual cross-functional Systems Engineering teams to set up the technical sales direction and demonstrate it expertly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- SP R&S CCIE is strongly preferred
- More than 10 years' experience in the Network industry Networking consulting, service implementation and operation experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience in Routing, Switching, Wireless, transport, SDx, and Network automation
- Deep knowledge of competitive Vendor Solutions
