Clover's Developer Relations organization supports third party developers who build applications and businesses on Clover's platforms.
The Technical Solutions Engineer Role
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will

• Work with third party developers to build fantastic apps that solve real world problems
• Answer questions around Clover's REST APIs & SDKs (Windows, iOS, Android, etc.)
• Provide examples and demo apps that showcase our features and best practices
• Build tools that simplify app development and support

This role is supported by a team of Partner Success Managers, Technical Writers, and Squad Engineers who help provide in depth technical knowledge in a responsive and close knit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in our products
• Work with our Technical Writers to improve documentation for our developer platform
• Engage with our Ops & Engineering teams to investigate challenging technical puzzles
• Deliver data-driven, impactful results

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science
• 2+ year experience in related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
• Experience programming and providing technical support
• Experience writing complex code snippets, and conversant in data structure and algorithm choices
• Experience with creative problem-solving and analytics
• Competency in one of these languages: Python, C#, Javascript, NodeJS and/or Java
• Experience in software development or software consulting and support
