onsemi is seeking a motivated, fast learning, and self-driven candidate ready to join the Power Solutions Group (PSG) Marketing team. Our team is a value driven partner in identifying, targeting, and supporting strategic growth in key market segments, encompassing the full breadth of the PSG portfolio. As the Technical Marketing Engineer, you will collaborate with Internal onsemi Stake Holders, Channel Partners, and Strategic Customers. Responsibilities will include:

• Drive the technical strategy and collateral required to increase awareness and adoption of the full PSG portfolio.
• Build strong cooperative relationships with the Design Influencers, Engineering organizations and Internal partners.
• Define and deliver technical solution benefits, positioning and expertise to sales, engineering teams, and partners.
• Develop sales tools including technical presentations, product videos, webinars and best practices around product portfolio
• Create and communicate detailed solution benefits with internal sales teams and channel partners.
• Provide targeted training and opportunity support across multiple market segments and applications.
• Understand segment/application/customer, system-level requirements and delivering technical insights to Product Family stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales and Business units on competitor analysis and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• BSEE, related Engineering Discipline or equivalent technical/industry knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to present data to all levels of a customer's organization in a detailed and professional manner

• Proven track record of being pro-active and self-motivated to understand and support each product family strategy and value proposition.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with Internal and External partners.
• Be willing and able to travel domestically (10%).
• Highly prefer candidate reside near onsemi Corporate HQ in Phoenix.
