8-10 Years of experience with Test Data Management with a TDM Tool. Supports and Execute the Test Data Management services at an organization level. Thorough understanding of the CA Test Data Manager tool and/or other ETL tools. Working background using database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server databases with expertise in SQL. Define test data strategy at an organization level. Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy. Direct input into setting strategic direction for the space. Define and advise internal and external standards, methods and procedures for Test Data Management. Perform Data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided. Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage team Thorough understanding of Test Data Management concepts. Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation of data Archiving /Test Data Management/ Data Privacy solutions Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process Work directly with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Policies were consistently followed Coordinated activities across multiple operations teams including Storage, OS , and DBA teams.Good To Have: Data analysis with ability to write complex SQL statements including XML parsing. Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure, and tool vendors to resolve issues Risk mitigation and escalation management. Write scripts or custom code to extract and insert data on need basis Read and understand the Meta data Leverage TDM tool to be adopted to mask, generate and integrate with automation process Integrate with automation tools for automated data generation Conducting review and updates and providing recommendations to improvise effort Good understanding of Cloud environments (AWS or Azure or GCP) Good understanding of Dev Ops integration into data pipeline for test data Preferred Skills/Qualification:Delphix - Copy data virtualization, CA TDM & Genrocket work experience.Hands on Insurance domain.
