Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, understand, and document current state systems and processes
  • Define and align future-state technical landscape with strategic enterprise objectives and enterprise assets
  • Develop and propose strategies, roadmaps, and system changes that iteratively transform and modernize systems and drive them towards future-state objective
  • Document and provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions such that delivery teams clearly understand scope, objectives, and technical details to implement and deliver the solution
  • Provide technical expertise, assistance, oversight, and/or leadership to multiple delivery teams
  • Lead project/story/work breakdown efforts to optimize iterative, concurrent, coordinated delivery of features across multiple teams
  • Apply technical expertise and leadership to guide and mentor teams in best practice designs, implementation decisions, and optimize team efficiency and velocity

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of demonstrated technical and/or business consulting experience involving current-state/future-state analysis, preparing and presenting strategy proposals, and implementation planning and oversight
  • 6+ years expert experience with database technologies including MS SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, etc.
  • 6+ years of expert experience with .NET Software Development (C#, VB.NET, MS SQL)
  • 4+ years expert level experience using Domain-driven, Event-driven, and Cloud design patterns and strategies
  • 4+ years of expert experience with system security and data management
  • 4+ years of expert level experience with Agile SDLC, particularly including story breakdown, story estimation, and delivery coordination


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient experience creating system documentation, strategic presentations
  • Proficient experience designing iterative approaches to refactor legacy systems and develop modern replacements concurrently
  • Proficient in designing and developing Azure cloud-based systems leveraging PaaS services including Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Event Grids, Functions, and API Services
  • Proficient with Test-Driven development and supporting frameworks
  • Proficient with responsive web development including HTML5, Javascript, Angular, React
  • Excellent communication skills with business and technical leaders, peers, and a coaching mentality to colleagues

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
