Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space and Security division is seeking a Systems & Field Engineering Manager in Huntington Beach, CA.Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, electrical/electronics, aerospace, computer science, mathematics, or physics
• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership (in lead or manager role)
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in field engineering services
• Experience with communication and interaction with other Boeing organizations, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure effective integration and execution of a plan
• Experience with systems engineering of navigation systems
