Job Summary:
Our team of talented engineers collaborates across disciplines from initial concepts to product sell off, integrates complex technology, debugs and resolves interface issues, evaluates system performance, demonstrates and sells off state-of-the-art products for areas including radars, command and control platforms, missile systems, and cyber defense.

Opportunities for recent Engineering graduates exist within the Weapons and Platforms Center under Systems Integration and Test. Our teams are responsible for integration, verification, and test execution at all levels, both in the lab and in the field, for formal system verification and qualification, and associated examination of test data.

Our teams contribute through all phases of the product development lifecycle, within an interdisciplinary process that ensures the customer and warfighters needs are satisfied through every stage. This commitment to excellence can include opportunities for travel, and flexible hours/shifts in order to ensure programmatic milestones are met.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Support integration and test strategy development, planning, and execution in our labs, or on the aircraft or ship platform
  • Troubleshooting and failure data, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment
  • Complete and compiled detailed performance processes, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB
  • Support test events, including flight test and field events, either in the US or internationally
  • Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Experience in the use of data analysis tools (for example MATLAB)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering
  • Engineering project, internship or co-op experience related to system testing, including planning, test execution, data collection and data examination
  • Experience in developing and evaluating hardware and test requirements
  • Experience using laboratory equipment, electronics and software (such as: i.e oscilloscope, DMM, Spectrum analyzer, and logic analyzer)
  • Experience with failure test, root cause and corrective action processes
  • Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, or Python
  • Knowledge of interfaces (physical, electrical and logical) between components, units under test (UUT) and test platforms
  • Knowledge or courses in Model based engineering and architecture
  • Knowledge with DOORS or a related database
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Administration or participation in college campus organizations, athletic teams, or community service groups
  • ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles
