The selected candidate will join the Lockheed Martin Space, Engineering & Technology, Engineering Reimagined, Modernization team, where you'll help to innovate and drive the re-engineering of business and engineering processes through digital transformation. You'll serve in an integral role on the Modernization team by working with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME)
developing and implementing cross-functional model-based digitally integrated processes, known as Business Process Threads (BPTs). The individual selected must be a self-starter, be comfortable working with internal SMEs, and managing their assigned BPTs to completion.
Basic Qualifications:• Familiarity of Applied Agile methodologies• Experience using Confluence or similar collaborative tools• Experience using Jira or similar agile project tools
Desired Skills:• Proficiency using Confluence• Proficiency using Jira and associated plug-in capabilities• Experience with Cameo• Experience working within scrum teams and executing sprints• Experience leading as a scrum master• Proficiency with process improvement methodologies• Familiarization of process pain point identification, root cause analysis, and solution engineering• Demonstrated experience using habits of Systems Thinking

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $83,800 - $139,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
