Our Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) Mission Area Surveillance Radar Department (SRD) Airborne Integration Section has an immediate career growth opportunity for a Lead Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) Systems Engineer. The Lead IV&V Systems Engineer will join our Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) product line team providing support to a state-of-the-art radar system, to lead and perform integration and test activities for software and hardware.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 10 years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration experience
• Lead and manage IV&V activities
• Develop and verify test plans and procedures
• Maintain, and execute software test
• Manage and support all new and engineering software release deliveries and media
• Linux/UNIX and Real-Time Operating Systems
• Familiarity with lab test equipment for testing and troubleshooting
• Experiencing developing and influencing test objectives collaboratively with software engineering team(s)
• Compile and analyze test data
• Provide detailed reports of test results
• Perform root-cause analysis and apply corrective actions for test failures
• Create integration and verification strategies to support efficiency improvement
• Present test plans and report results to our stakeholders
• Written/verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance as of day 1 of employment
• Active and in-scope DOD Top Secret US security clearance is required
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with internal engineering disciplines
• Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodologies
• Shell Scripting
Required Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor degree in a related STEM discipline, such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a related discipline. An related advanced degree is preferred but not required.
