The Role

This role will support end-users, network administration, design backup strategy, controls network and user security for the LAN/WAN.

External US

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • End User Support for Global Applications including Office 365, SAP, Adobe/Bluebeam, AutoDesk, OneDrive.
  • Installs, diagnoses and repair all computer equipment including desktop, portable, network/local printers, switches, hub, and servers
  • Support imaging services such as Microsoft SCCM
  • Supports network administration, designs backup strategy, controls network and user security for the LAN/WAN
  • Lotus Notes Administration
  • Compliant Pro (CPRO) Administration and Form Development
  • Intranet Administrator
  • Provide VPN Management Oversight for RI, AZ, and FEBE
  • Vendor Management
  • Telecommunications
  • Internet
  • Data Center Hosting
  • Printer/Copier Services
  • Software Licensing (JMP, VEEAM, VMWare, SolarWinds, Compliant Pro)



REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates degree in Computer Sciences or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field with 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in supporting a mixed PC/LAN environment.
  • Wide-Range Knowledge of IT-Related Software Applications
  • Experienced with VMWare and Mass-Storage Solutions
  • Knowledge/experience of VPN remote, VoIP, Cisco products (switch, wireless access point, etc.), bar-code scanner, etc.
  • Experience dealing directly with vendors and maintenance agreements
  • This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
