We are eagerly seeking a new Systems Engineer II to own a lead role on our MSP / Shared Services team. You will primarily be engaged in providing Managed IT Services and support to customers along with supporting internal teams and optimizing systems.

YOUR ROLE:
  • Support of all tools and systems involved in delivery of Managed IT Services including: RMM, AV/NGAV, patching, ticketing, audit remediation, backup and disaster recovery, imaging and other systems.
  • Participate in and/or manage customer and internal IT projects.
  • Participate in optimization of internal systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident review activities
  • Train / Mentor analysts and engineers on product and support tool features, operation, installation and upgrades.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years work experience in and understanding of Managed Services Delivery including Managed IT, Managed Print and Managed Device / DaaS
  • Current cloud, networking and/or server administration certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with:
    • Computer operating systems, virtualization and server technologies including Windows, Linux, VMWare, HyperV and/or Citrix.
    • LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches and network management tools
    • Remote Monitoring and Management Systems (RMM)
    • Device Management tools
    • Email systems including Exchange Online
    • M365 / O365 and related technologies
    • Security products and solutions, multifactor authentication, password management tools, mobile device management
  • Proficient in Powershell and at least one other scripting / programming language
