JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing, implementing, and trouble-shooting modern networks including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless.
  • Designing, implementing, and trouble-shooting multi-site Active Directory 2012/2016/2019 environments.
  • Familiarity with implementing, and troubleshooting, on premise Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 environments.
  • Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting multi-site WAN environments.
  • Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting on-premises networks with multiple WAN and VLAN configurations (including but not limited to cabling, routing, routing protocols, switching, internet, and overall network architecture).
  • Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting virtualization environments
  • Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting backup solutions both on-site and remote
  • Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting storage area networks
  • Designing, Implementing, and troubleshooting Cloud solutions to include O365, M365, and Azure
  • Implementation and troubleshooting of our standard management tools (i.e, Kaseya, Logic Monitor, and antivirus) for servers, network devices, and workstations
  • Proven customer facing experience in a remote setting
  • Other job duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • MCSE, MCSA, MCITP:Server Administrator, MCITP:Enterprise Administrator or equivalent hands on experience.
  • Microsoft certification MS900 and AZ 900 or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum of 5 years related hands-on work experience.
  • Work experience must include supporting local area network connected devices or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking hands-on experience
  • Apple computer hands-on experience
  • VCP or equivalent hands-on experience


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient with documentation of knowledge base articles/info
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends, or travel, on rare occasion.
  • Managed Services experience is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory 2012/2016/2019 and Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 10).
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Proficient with Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, and Ubiquity router, firewall, switch, and access point configuration and management.
  • Proficient with On-Premise Exchange to O365/M365 migrations
  • Expertise in routing and switching technology and terminology as well as the OSI model and how it applies to telecommunications.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing internally with all levels of management, outside vendors, field techs, and customers
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Previous experience with Service Now, Microsoft CRM, or other customer relationship management tools, a strong plus
  • Has a good technical understanding related to, but not limited to:
  • Hardware Microsoft Operating Systems build and configuration.
  • Networking (LAN)
  • Telephony (VoIP)
  • Mobile telephony (Apple iOS, Windows and Android)
  • Remote Management Tools (remote fix, remote deployment) - as appropriate


Additional Pay Details:

Compensation range is $65,700 - $87,100

Position is bonus eligible
