Join the Flight Systems CoE organization and the Sensors/Air Data group as a Systems Engineer I in Phoenix, Arizona. You will be responsible for design, development, analysis and testing of requirements for electronic products or component for Air Data products. You will be applying design and analysis principles as a critical member of a cross functional and multi-disciplined engineering team.
This position will be based at our Phoenix, Arizona facility.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, due to contractual requirements.
WE VALUE
- Experience or knowledge of system design, development, documentation, and testing of requirements for complex electronic products.
- Strong ability to rationalize engineering design choices and trade-offs.
- Action oriented, results driven, high energy, self-starter with critical thinking skills to drive to root cause.
- Experience or technical knowledge of systems engineering modeling and tools such as MATLAB and Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries, build relationships quickly, and deal with ambiguity.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for communicating technical information with teams and customers.
- Knowledge of Industry standards such ARP4754A, DO-178B, DO-160, and DO-254.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
