How does your team reward individual success?

It has been my experience over the past 6 years that we have an excellent work/life balance. Our product is our expertise, so individuals are recognized and valued for the unique perspective they bring to the table. I’ve never felt like “just a number”, and with that understanding comes a flexibility to my work schedule that I really appreciate.

Manager, Integrated Sensor Design and Analysis Department

Aerospace encourages each employee’s ability to learn and grow by nurturing a diverse environment of technical expertise. We have subject matter experts in every topic that involves space launch (and much more!) who are easy to locate, access, engage, and collaborate with to develop and create career growth opportunities.

Sr. Member of Technical Staff, Structural Systems

What is your vision for the company?

At Aerospace, we encourage every employee to bring their unique perspectives and experiences to work to help us deliver on our role as the nation’s trusted partner, solving the hardest problems for the preeminent space enterprise.

Sr. Vice President, Engineering and Technology

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I think of my career as a journey filled with personal growth; rather than a sequence of titles. I’ve worked with a diverse group of individuals over time, which has helped me realize the power of seeing the possibilities and potential in everyone. Sure, my career has grown in title and responsibility, but the real growth has been in me.
