As a Senior Test Engineer, you would be responsible for:• leading and executing tests for piece part EEE tests. • Developing test plans for radiation environmental testing• Interfacing with customer in review boards and presenting status weekly• Act as CTC for leading testing operations for Higher Level assemblies and EEE piece part radiation testing• Collaborating with Design engineering, PMP Engineering, and Survivability Engineering• Experience with maintaining process discipline
in a dynamic and agile environment, including
the ability to balance various risks across the
system to maintain cost within a fixed schedule
environment• Communicating with and briefing ATLO and
program management

Basic Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in an engineering environment with Test Engineering experience• Bachelors degree (Physics or related subject matter preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education• Eligible Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience with Lockheed Martin command media and requirements• Knowledge of Test and troubleshooting processes• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:• Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with
experience in Missile Integration and Test,
including full system and sub-system testing• Experience reviewing vendor data• Experience performing system level test environments as well as box level testing• Ability to coordinate with hardware and software engineers to achieve results• Knowledge of radiation testing

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
