Job Description

This opportunity is for candidates with a BS or MS degree in electrical engineering, computer/electrical engineering, mechanical, or related discipline interested in putting their skills to work as a Integration Engineer. You will have the opportunity to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of elements, subsystems and/or systems. You will synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. You will establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware/software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem. You will review, evaluate and derive requirements for testability, develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Opportunities are available to coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations and perform analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.

-Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center.

-Tampa is about 1 and ¼ hours from Orlando.

-West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast.

-Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Mechanical) from an accredited college

Desired skills

Design, integration, analysis, validation and verification, familiar with techniques, Test Software includes NI LabVIEW, NI LabWindows CVI, Visual Studio, Windows and LINUX operating systems, C and C++, MATLAB is desired.

Candidate skill set will include a solid electrical analysis and troubleshooting capability, use of test instrumentation, experience in electrical, electro-mechanical test equipment, and electro-optical testing as well as test software.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $52,400 - $87,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $75,200 - $141,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
