You Have:

  • Experience with administration and Tier 3 operational support for servers, workstations, and applications in a Windows Active Directory environment
  • Experience supporting users, groups, and security access to Active Directory objects, including organizational units
  • Experience providing effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and infrastructure
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting server status and alerts utilizing System Center Operations Manager along with server maintenance, including monthly patching, troubleshooting server errors, configure backups, and recovery plans
  • Experience with resolving issues with SCCM based Microsoft updates, managing SCCM deployments, understanding SCCM 2012 hierarchy, including setup and troubleshooting, and integrating MDT 2012 with SCCM 2012 for effective Migrations and Deployments
  • Experience with deployment, implementation, tuning, design, testing, and systems administration of McAfee ePO
  • Experience of Nutanix Acropolis and CITRIX
  • Ability to maintain security infrastructure with Group Policy, endpoint scans, and vulnerability scanning to improve security posture
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice to Have:

  • Experience conducting requirements analysis and solution architecture for the integrated network, data, and personal computer solutions
  • Experience creating SCCM reports and fine-tune software and hardware inventory to get customized reports for various audit purposes
  • Experience maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Knowledge of CommVault backup
  • Ability to administer multiple domain Active Directory environments and administer Active Directory commands using PowerShell scripting
  • Ability to recommend, develop, and test new technology and develop solutions and documentation for infrastructure projects

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.
