About This Role

Our Senior IT Engineers help enable our internal end users to function at their highest levels by implementing technology solutions and integrating disparate systems. This person would be responsible for integrating various SaaS providers with SSO, building automation workflows, reducing time to resolution with deep problem solving and technical experience, architecting and implementing IT solutions such as office networking/WIFI and VPN connectivity, building asset management and device management systems, as well as helping the end users with their issues.

Responsibilities Include

• Design and implement office network, wireless, and security tools
• Advise on technical direction for IT services and solutions
• Partner with Security to implement best practices and remediate any gaps
• Integrate various best of breed SaaS products for a seamless user experience
• Responsible for managing and keeping our MDM software up to date with company inventory
• Manage an end to end user authentication story
• Automate all IT processes from hardware acquisition, user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and any other manual process
• Responsible for lifecycle management of all IT assets

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Networking/VPN experience and knowledge
• At least 3 years of managing cloud based SaaS tools and products
• Deep knowledge of the Apple and Windows end user ecosystems
• Ability to define risks both in technical and non-technical terms with business-relevant language.
• Strong experience with the ability to architect and implement automation strategies
• A positive attitude and a great customer experience mindset
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups.
