Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to ensure reliable performance and scalability
- Responsible for monitoring performance tuning and up time of the enterprise Informatica stack.
- Provide on-going support and act as the primary contact for the Informatica platform
- Responsible for patching, upgrades, code migration, job monitoring, backup & restores, monitoring and performance of Informatica stack.
- Responsible for maintaining roles, profiles, and user access in Informatica tools and Application servers
- Configure and maintain domain and application services like repository services and integration services.
- Create connections including Relational connections and Native connections
- Automate Informatica administration processes
- Collaborate with Development team to implement and maintain security of the Informatica environment both in terms of access and data.
- Work with database and infrastructure teams on performance troubleshooting, system refreshes, clones, upgrades, patching and other maintenance activities.
- Ensure oversight and access management for the IDQ Repository.
- Maintain and support the Address Doctor.
- Develop and implement additional data quality monitoring based on requirements gathered from business units
- Confirm to Cybersecurity standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 10+ years experience with Informatica MDM, IDQ in developer with some administrator experience
- 7+ years of experience in Informatica MDM development. Experience with MDM administration will be a great plus.
- Informatica Administrator certification on 10x a huge plus
- Strong experience in Informatica Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning, Monitoring performance, up-time, and upgrades.
- Experience automating Informatica Administration tasks including scheduling, monitoring, and code migration using python or shell scripts.
- Experience with Address Doctor, and other external Data providers like D&B, FullContact, StrikeIron, etc.
- Strong understanding of Linux Operating System.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQLSERVER database, using SQL statements, performance fine-tuning.
- Experience in data profiling & data quality rules development using Informatica Data Quality
- Experience in Informatica IDQ Development, mappings, rules, transformations, mapplets, workflow, schedulers a huge plus
- Experience in migrating MDM hub and e360 configuration and resolving any related issues
- Experience deploying Java code
- Experience deploying & troubleshooting ActiveVOS workflows
- Experience with multi-node architectures for both MDM & IDQ
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform is a plus
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
