A Presidio Senior Solutions Architect (SA) leads the presales discovery, analysis, approach, sourcing, and proposals of services solutions that map to customer outcomes and requirements through direct client engagement. A Professional Services Sr. SA effectively and efficiently leverages presales methodologies, services solution acumen, key relationships (clients, internal Presidio stakeholders and vendor partners), and context analysis (Industry, Customer, Technical, Sales) to drive services solutions that that deliver long term value. A Professional Services Sr. SA collaborates with the following internal stakeholder to drive a services business success: Sales, other Presales SAs, Delivery Engineering, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Customer Current State. Proactivity drive discovery and understanding of customer IT current state, goals, outcomes, and initiatives across Business, Technical, Operational, and Financial (BTOF) facets.
  • Services Opportunity Leadership. Identify customer stakeholders and their individual success criteria and needs. Create and lead services solution approaches and next steps aligned to customer stakeholders. Align, vet and coordinate Presidio and vendor partner services resources as needed. Work with project management to ensure services solutions are aligned to timelines. Lead the documentation and communication of status for services pipeline opportunities, including relevant presales metrics. Co-lead internal and client facing kick-offs and status meetings as needed. Engage Manager/VP/Director level at clients directly.
  • Services Solution and Process Documentation. Analyze and assess client requirements and determine target architecture and design solutions (HW, SW, Licensing, Cloud services, Managed Services, Delivery Services, etc) and roadmaps. Create and deliver compelling technical proposals directly to clients, including relevant drawings, diagrams and analysis.
  • Services Excellence & Evangelism. Maintain a high level of Presidio services excellence and evangelism. Lead the curation and delivery of relevant services knowledge, presentations, and conversations at all client levels and customer related events. Work with internal stakeholders to develop services roadmaps and plans. Serve as escalation point and execute course corrections for all services and solutions related issues. Co-lead the development, delivery, and status of strategic services agreements, skills matrices, and RFPs.
  • Account Leadership. Activity participate in client account related activities that establish the Services Solution Architect as a trusted advisor internally and with customers, such as: Account planning, EBCs, social events, QBRs, Executive status etc.
  • Team Engagement and Enable Culture. Engage Presidio team members, activity participate in team activities, and contribute on collaboration tools to drive an open, positive, inclusive, resilient, change-orientated team culture. Be a steward of the PRESIDIO CULTURE - Teamwork, Execution Excellence, Integrity and Forward-Thinking.
  • Partner Relationships. Develop working relationships with vendor partners teams and peers. Contribute to and drive execution of relevant partner vendor GTM strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation. Actively plan and execute growth and career development activities. Seek and collaborate on improvements to presales processes and GTM.
  • Enable Others. Contribute to the success of others in sales and presales. Actively mentor and enable others. Share methods, content, and lessons learned with others.
  • Business Travel and Cadence. Ability to travel to meet customers Florida 20% and outside of Florida within the US 10% of the time.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 5+ years of working experience in services focused vendor or integrator
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience with one or moreof the following isrequired:

    • Reviewing and/or writing statements of work (SOW) , Services request and scopes for various types of projects and staffing needs
    • Common services processes, such as change orders, etc
    • Coordination and collaboration with various services sourcing solutions and stakeholders
    • Complex multi-discipline IT solutions
    • RFP/RFI response, proposals, and solutions

  • Understanding and experience in process analysis, automation, and optimization
  • Demonstrated comfort leading client and matrixed team presentations, meetings, and collaboration
  • Drive for trying new ideas and actively seek mentoring and coaching


Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with one or moreof the following ispreferred:

    • Data driven process optimization and quality solutions, ie Six Sigma , Theory of constraints , Value Stream mapping etc
    • Agile practices and frameworks: Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, etc

  • Presales experience with a strong bias for action.
  • Program management or project management experience
