The Earner teams build the core technologies that allows millions of earners around the world to make their living on Uber, and in turn powers all of Uber's consumer services. The mission of Earner Eligibility team is to build the state of the art earner eligibility evaluation systems to ensure complete safety and compliance across every single Uber trip and delivery worldwide.
As part of this mission, you will design and build a centralized access requirement management system to scalably define and evaluate requirements across every city, state, jurisdiction and country for Uber business verticals. The position is eligible for remote work only within the US, and other US Uber Hub locations are open to discussion.
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
• Design and development of centralized access requirement management system for all Uber business verticals (Rides, Eats etc.) worldwide.• Design and development of earner eligibility and compliance front-end systems, mobile and web experiences.• Work cross-functionally with backend engineers and adjacent engineering teams to deliver best-in-class experience to Drivers and Regional Operations teams.• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Prod Ops, Central Operations teams and have an opportunity to craft the future of Earner access at Uber.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field• Experience coding with HTML, CSS, and JS• Professional experience building single page applications, or other web consumer facing features

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $122,400 per year - $136,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
