About the Role
• Engineers on the Access Platform team develop a platform that matches new and existing Uber line of businesses with a supply of earners.• We develop solutions which help new and existing earners identify and onboarded with earning opportunities within Uber.• We are currently leading the Uber wide initiative of replacing FTC with gigs.• The position is eligible for remote work only within the US, and other US Uber Hub locations are open to discussion.
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
Building the platform that matches new and existing Uber line of businesses with a supply of earners. You will be working on services and libraries which track earning opportunities an earner has signed up for and well as eligible earning opportunities within Uber. You will use this data to solve supply shortfalls and help maximize the earning potential of our earners.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience• Experience coding using general purpose programming language (eg. C/C++, Java, Python, Go, C, or Javascript)
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
• At least five (5) years of software engineering experience

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $145,350 per year - $161,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
